PAYMENT
all transactions are charged in euros (eur) however the actual conversion rate will be set by your credit/debit card company and may differ from rates elsewhere.
REFUNDS ON FAULTY ITEMS AND EXCHANGES
SHINE LUXURY will only issue a refund to EU customers for items that are defective or damaged, in which case you will need to email images of the item received to customercareshineluxury@gmail.com with a supporting email specifying your order number in the object within 5 days of receiving the item. SHINE LUXURY will get back to you is 1-2 working days. For non EU customers, all sales are final.
If a refund is agreed due to damaged received items or order received not as described, The order placer is responsible for return expenses and will have to ship back the goods received within 14 days after receiving the items. A refund can take up to 14 business days to be processed from the time the goods are returned to their origin. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with hangtags attached, and with any sort of accessory that came with the order. If any of the mentioned part is missing, or damaged, the return will be invalid, and the order won't be refunded. SHINE LUXURY will only refund the item and not the delivery charges.
If a refund is not agreed, but the garment shows minor defects that do not compromise the wearing of the it, the customer will be given a store credit.
Exchange is not available for custom orders, pre-orders, and any sort of "unusual" order.
We do not offer refunds on any sale items.
("fading" wooven labels from current collection "ILLHUMINIST" are to be considered conceptual part of the collection, not flaws)
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
All items produced by SHINE LUXURY are handled and produced individually, especially garments that are hand-made. Size chosen when an order has been placed is considered customer's Made-to-measure specification according to the supplied measurements chart available in product’s description.
Items that are obtained from garment dye treatment may show a slightly different color, and/or stains, that are not to be considered as defects, but intention of the treatment of the item, making each piece unique.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once Placed, an order can be modified within 1 hour from its placement, and this term is referred only to "MADE TO ORDER" items.
The only editable feature of the placed order is the size of the garment.
Orders containing "READY TO SHIP" items cannot be modified once placed.
SIZING
Measurments supplied in size chart available in product's description may vary between 5-8% After an items has gone through all processing stages to reach its final looks.
CANCELLATION/DISPUTE
Once an order has been placed this is final other than the reasons stated above.
If for any reason we agree to cancel, return your order or you want to claim your order after a lost dispute, we will charge 50% of the total amount as a processing fee plus a shipping fee if the order has been shipped already.
All cancellation and return procedures have to take place via written email request, that we'll have process and accept in order for you to return an item to us. The acceptance from SHINE LUXURY will consist in a written email containing details on how the item will have to be returned, and where. Any item returned without our consent, will be kept in custody in our warehouse. The customer has the right to claim the item back within 3 working days from when we received the item. If the customer claims the item back within 3 working days, SHINE LUXURY will charge 50% of the value of the item wronfully returned as processing fee, plus shipping which the customer can pay through email invoice. If the order placer refuses to pay the amount within 5 working days, the item will remain under SHINE LUXURY's property and sold back to the public.
SHIPPING & TAXES
Ready to wear goods are shipped within 3-7 business days of placing the order.
"Made to order", "Custom orders", "pre-orders","in production" orders are shipped following the instructions specified in the product's description for pre-order, made to order (usually 7 working weeks), and via e-mail for custom orders.
Note: if you place a multiple order, containing both a "made to order" and a "ready to wear" item/s, your order will be shipped once the "made to order" item/s will complete the production cycle.
If in product's decription the following is stated: "PRE-ORDERS / IN PRODUCION" shipping could take up to 19 weeks if needed.
all orders are shipped from italy, once the order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can track your order.
SHINE LUXURY is not responsible for:
-Delays caused by the covid-19 virus, however, we will try and assist you as best as possible.
-Customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.
-Delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international custom issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of us.
-Any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package to open an investigation.
-If a wrongful address is supplied when an order is being placed, and as a result the package returns to us or is detained by the courier awaiting for corrections, you will have to pay for a new shipment + a 20% processing fee of the total of your order.
PRIVACY
All information collected by SHINE LUXURY if authorized by you will only be used to send you promotional offers.
SHINE LUXURY does not pass on any information to third party.
